Hot Latte: Mix 4g of sifted matcha with 50mL of hot water. Whisk the matcha vigorously in a “Z” motion for 15-20 seconds until a smooth foam forms. Steam 240mL of your preferred milk (oat or nut milk work great). Combine the matcha and steamed milk, stir well, and serve.
Iced Latte: Combine 4g of sifted matcha with 50mL of hot water. Whisk the matcha vigorously in a “Z” motion for 15-20 seconds until foam forms. Fill a glass with 150g of milk or non-dairy milk and ice. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk, stir, and enjoy.
Iced Matcha: Place 2g of sifted matcha in a tumbler or thermos. Add 200g of cold filtered water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour over ice.
Storage: Store the bag in the refrigerator. After opening, place the package inside a Ziploc bag before refrigerating to prevent the tea from absorbing aromas from the fridge.
