At ensō matcha, we take pride in providing the highest quality matcha. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds
Once we assess your return, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, we will issue a refund as store credit or facilitate an exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@ensohtx.com within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the damage. After review, we will inform you of our decision or request additional information. If approved, we will provide a full refund, including shipping, or store credit for the value of your purchase.
Wrong Orders
For order inaccuracies, please reach out to support@ensohtx.com within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label if necessary. Once received, we will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost.
