SHIPPING POLICY


Order Processing Times
Our team processes orders M-F, except on holidays. Orders will be processed generally within 1-4 business days of receipt, and orders will ship out once processed. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process. As a general rule, orders placed after 5 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, at which point the applicable orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We are not taking any international orders at the moment, but may do so in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@ensohtx.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ensohtx.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
